NOW OFFERING MAMA BEAR FITNESS!! WATCH OUT FOR UPCOMING CLASSES!!
Is an Interval Fitness Training Class for Moms/caregivers and children up to Preschool age. (Infants and children in strollers are welcome!) This 45-50minute class will incorporate cardio and strengthening exercises to help moms/ caregivers get back into shape. All fitness levels are welcome. Children can participate with their caregivers or play during the work outs.
Kids can play, read or color while moms workout. Don’t worry, if your child needs you, you take a break, help them and hop back in when ready. Plus, you can use your child for added weight during class for an added benefit and fitness. Children are not required to attend.
Please feel free to bring carriers, a mat/blanket for infants to play on during class close to mom!
